This is for 1 x place on Heavy Body Gong Movement and Sound session on Sat 13th June 6.30-8pm at the Florence Nightingale Memorial Hall, Holloway (Matlock) Derbyshire. This is easily findable on Google Maps if you are not yet familiar with it. There is parking outside the hall.
Please purchase mindfully as I do not offer refunds on evening classes, but you are welcome to pass on your ticket to someone else.
What you need to bring: mat, pillow, blanket. You might also like to bring an eye mask and notebook. You do not need to bring a full sleep set up for this session.
Please arrive just 5-10 mins early for the session (6.20pm) so that you can get ready to begin for a prompt start at 6.30pm. Before this I will be setting up and the doors will be closed :)
